Annoying Things To Do On An Elevator 1) CRACK open your briefcase or handbag, peer Inside and ask "Got enough air in there?" 2) STAND silent and motionless in the corner facing the wall without getting off. 3) WHEN arriving at your floor, grunt and strain to yank the doors open, then act as if you're embarrassed when they open themselves. 4) GREET everyone with a warm handshake and ask him or her to call you Admiral. 5) MEOW occasionally. 6) STARE At another passenger for a while. Then announce in horror: "You're one of THEM" - and back away slowly 7) SAY -DING at each floor. 8) SAY "I wonder what all these do?" And push all the red buttons. 9) MAKE explosion noises when anyone presses a button. 10) STARE, grinning at another passenger for a while, then announce: "I have new socks on." 11) WHEN the elevator is silent, look around and ask: "Is that your beeper?" 12) TRY to make personal calls on the emergency phone. 13) DRAW a little square on the floor with chalk and announce to the other passengers: "This is my personal space." 14) WHEN there's only one other person in the elevator, tap them on the shoulder, then pretend it wasn't you. 15) PUSH the buttons and pretend they give you a shock. Smile, and go back for more. 16) ASK if you can push the button for other people but push the wrong ones. 17) HOLD the doors open and say you're waiting for your friend. After a while, let the doors close and say "Hi Greg, How's your day been?" 18) DROP a pen and wail until someone reaches to help pick it up, then scream: "That's mine!" 19) BRING a camera and take pictures of everyone in the lift. 20) PRETEND you're a flight attendant and review emergency procedures and exits with the Passengers. 21) SWAT at flies that don't exist. 22) CALL out "Group hug" then enforce it. moreOpen Question: Can you help with my writing troubles? well I feel I am telling the story rather than descripbing it. I am writing in third person limited and I am not sure how i am going.... anytips on how to make the writing more enjoyable, like the reader is really there. thanks. here is a little part to give you an idea... (sorry it probs wont make sence) bit one... “Err okay...” Fleur let Gabby lead the way. She really wanted to get out of the stuffy building but she could not hurt poor Gabby’s feelings and endure the crying again. As they stepped into the elevator Fleur made sure she pulled her arm from gabby, the shock in her belly from the sudden floaty feeling were sure to escape to her fingers. Truly, Fleur hated the shocks in her body, but then again she would hate to live without them. They were the poor village people’s only source of feeling. They made Fleur feel warm at the right time and cold at the right time. They made her hurt, love and feel sadness, just like any normal person would feel it through their skin. “Push level five-teen pl-please!” Gabby tried to reach one of the many buttons on the elevator, her small fingers straining. “How’s your knee going?” Fleur asked, relaxing a little now that Gabby let go of her hand without a fight. “It’s fine! Oh I wish this elly would hurry up...” “Elly, hey?” Fleur said, a smirk on her face. “Yeah! I called her Elly!” Fleur couldn’t help but laugh. The elevator was very large, its patterned carpet and mirrored walls showed off the expensive feel to the whole building. The buttons were chrome and a womans voice sounded when one reaches their destination. bit two.. “Oh you know, bit of this, bit of that. Actually I was on my way to clean up evidence of a friends murder... want to join in?” Fleur gave then a smile. She did not know where this sudden confidence had come from but she liked it, especially when the men showed a look of fear. “Yeah you’d better run t-twerp!” said the ‘brave’ man as fleur started to walk away, smile still etched on her face. The group jeered in laughter again once they though Fleur was out of ear shot. She did not care one bit about those drunken souls, they would not be able to hurt her. Just like every night Fleur suddenly grew tired. It never happened at the same time but when the drowsiness did sweep over her she knew there was only minutes before she would be out like a light. This was something that happened to all the villagers, it was just a part of them. Fleur hurried along the main city street, getting slower. She was hoping to find a nicer place to spend the night but when Fleur finally nodded off she was curled up in a door way of an office tower. The reason i didnt show the begining is becuse its good - i have fallen of the wagon along the way. (i should have mentioned that before) OMG i never realised the Fleur, gabby thing. they arnt sisters but i'd probs better change it anyway.. moreOpen Question: How can i override a Dover Gear-less Traction elevator to go straight to the desired floor?

I'm going to start off by stating that I am not white--or that should go without saying if you look at my avatar. I was getting on an elevator in my building one night, when I saw a blonde white woman in her late thirties, wearing an upscale business outfit, running to catch the elevator before the door closed. When I saw her coming, I put my foot out to stop and reopen the door. She she embarked the elevator, her face and mouth looked as if she were about to thank the person who held the door for her. But when she looked at me, her face immediately hardened and she faced the front, as if she were saying "I don't need to thank HIM." In your opinion, was this woman racist or just an arrogant b!mb0? Rachel, people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones. I went out of my way to keep the door open for her, and I am rude? I would not be surprised if you are just like the woman in my story. Aisha, I make these conclusions because, before, she looked at me, she looked as if she were about to thank me. It was only AFTER she looked at me that her face turned to stone--very quickly. And I never even met her. Pepper, I made no racist comments. To bring salt to my argument, I mentioned her race. And I did not have any mean expressions; I was being polite and she returned my grace with an expression that suggests that she did not needed to thank me. From you statement, I can infer that you know little about about race issues. You strike me as somewhat of a rural Idahoan who does not pay attention to both sides but believe that, since affirmative action seems to make us seem as if we "have it all," any of our claims of racist are childish and unfounded. Perhaps you are racist. Debbie, I assure you that I was not dressed like a thug. I was dressed in an Eddie Bauer coat, dockers, and boots. moreResolved Question: The most random dream ever--help?
Last night I had a dream that my dad(who I'm not close to) was dying and in the hospital. When I got to the hospital I got on an elevator to go up to his floor. On the elevator, me and several other passengers got stuck on the elevator and it began to shake violently. As the elevator shook somehow everyone got turned upside down in the elevator. Then the elevator doors opened up and raced out onto my father's floor. I went over to the nurse's desk to find out that my father was no longer there and was placed in a hospice program. When I got home I found that my father had been placed in my bedroom and would stay there for the remainder of his life. Most of my belongings had been taken out of my room and had been replaced by hospital equipment. Instead of feeling sad about my father passing away I was inconvenienced about him being in my room and also somewhat uncomfortable and frightened. There were strange people coming in out of my bedroom wanting to visit my father and I hated it. Somehow the setting changed to my office at work(I work at the hospital) and my father was now resting in my cubicle in a wheelchair with an iv and oxygen tank. People kept coming into my office disturbing my work to visit my father. My coworkers didn't seem to my mind and seemed to know everyone that came into visit my father...when I finally began to feel sad for my father I woke up from the dream. What could this dream mean? moreResolved Question: How can I annoy people in the elevator, and take away from the awkwardness?
Here's some ideas....but i want more...please share if you have any other ways :) 1. When there is only one person in the elevator tap them on the shoulder and say it wasn't you. 2. Ask if you can push the button for other people, but intentionally push the wrong ones. 3. Hold the doors open and say you're waiting for a friend. After a while let the doors close and say, "Hi Greg. How's your day been?" 4. Bring a camera and take pictures of everyone in the elevator. 5. Move your desk into the elevator and whenever anyone gets on ask if they have an appointment. 6. Lay down a Twister mat and ask people if they would like to play (being naked is optional) 7. Stand silently and motionless in the corner facing the wall, without getting off. If someone approaches you, turn around and try to bite them. 8. Stare at another passenger for a while and then announce in horror, "You're one of THEM!" and back away slowly. 9. Draw a little square on the floor with chalk and announce to the other passengers in an unnecessarily loud voice, "This is MY personal space!" 10. Call out ‘GROUP HUG’ then enforce it. GROUP HUG! :D Well..they make the elevator experience more enjoyable...screw the awkwardness :) moreResolved Question: Three more weird... no not weird, funny jokes?
A man went into a pharmacy and asked to talk to a male pharmacist. The woman he was talking to said that she was the pharmacist and that she and her sister owned the store, so there were no males employed there. She then asked if there was something she could help the gentleman with. The man said: This is embarrassing for me, but I have a permanent erection which causes me a lot of problems and severe embarrassment. I was wondering what you could give me for it? The pharmacist said Just a minute, I'll go talk to my sister. When she returned, she said, the best we can do is 1/3 ownership in the store and $3000 a month in living expenses. ************************************ A grizzled old man was eating in a truck stop when three Hell's Angels bikers walked in. The second walked up to the old man and spit into the old man's milk, and then he took a seat at the counter. The third walked up to the old man and turned over the old man's plate, and then he took a seat at the counter. Without a word of protest, the old man quietly left the diner. Shortly thereafter, one of the bikers said to the waitress, Humph, not much of a man, was he? The waitress replied, Not much of a truck driver either. I remember when I was about 5, so 10 or 11 years ago, I went to Universal studios, I think it was, and I rode this ride. I remember when you first got in you waited in this room that looked like a room from a hotel, and theire was no exit out of it, and than these doors opened. And once you got on, the "elevator" took you up and it stopped at the 13th floor, the doors opened and you saw ghosts or something, and than it dropped you. Dont be to harsh, I'm only 13. ○ As I sat there pondering what was going to happen to me next I started to debate what was worst the smell of this run-down hotel, which made my nose burn because of the rusty blood type smell or the fact i sat there knowing people have died here. I knew my mom would return soon but her job was just so odd. What kind of women would choose a job were you have to investigate old places to see if they can be fixed up, if there haunted, if they need to come down and so on! Anyways this was the first day i came to work with my mom because this hotel was only thirty minutes out of town. My mom said she had to go look around with her co-worker Phil. (Hes a tool, trust me.) Back too my point, i sat her looking over each corner, every inch of this lobby. I pictured what this hotel use to look like but that was far back in the sixties i believe. The lobby had a elegant chandler that had been over run by cob-webs and dust, and the front desk was still intack but nothing else was really in the lobby except a few chairs that where plain, but pretty cozy. Listen too me, I'm sitting in what might be a haunted hotel talking about the comfortable chair I'm sitting in. This is crazy. I decided before i go mad talking about the hotels interior design i might as well go look around. I starting walking towards the stair ways because who knows if the elevator worked, Once i reached the door to the stairways it was locked. Impossible, My mom went through this exact door and she had no keys to lock it. I decided maybe my mom did and i wasnt suppose to go up there so i went back to my cozy chair and sat down and pulled out my phone. I had 7 text messages that i slowly replied too and played a few rounds of brick breaker. What was the hold up? My mom had been up there for atleast an hour. I held down the two and it started calling her. It rang 2 and then answered but hung up, thats strange. Wheres my mom? Okay thats barely any but i was beginning to spook myself out, lol what did you guys think? moreResolved Question: What should i say to him?

Prologue Charred rubble flew through the air as a small passenger plane landed on a runway. The roar of the turbine quickly died away, and the night air was dead still. The passengers quietly exited the craft; soon all but one person was gone. At last a young girl, who looked to be 16, stepped out of the plane. Then she picked up a lone bag, and began walking towards the exit. Her medium length, jet black hair swayed gently as she walked with inhuman grace. Once outside she momentarily glanced at the sky “Snow” she said in a high soprano voice. Then she continued walking as the white flakes fell through the crisp air. Her composed facial features soon turned into a sly grin, as her aqua green eyes set their sights upon a large black limousine. Her pace quickened, and with a single bound she was in front of the car doors. Which only seconds ago had been several feet away; her pale hands gently gripped the door handle and pulled. As it easily gave way, she stepped inside her grin growing. Suddenly a robotic voice sounded “Welcome back ma’am.” The girl smiled and then chimed “It’s good to be back... J.A.R.V.I.S.” Bruce Bruce Wayne glared at Gotham High, regret captivating his soul. “Why did I agree to this?” he muttered. A few people pushed past him, but as soon as they realized who he was they apologized. “Oh my gosh! It’s Bruce Wayne!” A nearby fan Girl bellowed. The victims eyes widened in fear, as he rushed inside the school. Gliding through the halls swiftly, his cobalt blue eyes squinting. Bruce stopped in front of his locker, smirking to himself. His smirk widened as two attractive girls came over to him; he spoke in his charming voice “Hello ladies. You won’t mind escorting me to class will you?” The girls happily obliged, squeals could be heard from every direction as the day continued. It seemed like a celebrity had arrived at Gotham High, but he wasn’t a celebrity, just a billionaire, young C.E.O of Wayne Enterprises. Not to forget his perfectly chiselled face, and his gorgeous messy black hair. He seemed like a pretty normal guy, as in one nothing big to hide. Right? However very few people knew the truth about him, the truth behind all the laughter and smiles. Only laughter and smiles. Only two select people knew of his facade, his mask, his identity. The facade he was currently wearing to the Wayne Annual Firefighters Charity. He expected boring rich people and gawking girls, but he didn’t expect Damien Damien It was around midnight when the elevator opened, and Damien entered the ball. Sure he was un-invited but that wasn’t about to stop him, fashionably late as he called it. Upon entering he found everyone either chatting with one another or slow-dancing to some music. He entered with amazing grace and walked towards the quite luminous dance floor. His deep red eyes glittered and his once sly grin grew into a charming, smile as he spotted a beautiful blonde by the bar. Unlike others he was more of a bold and right to the point kind of guy. He swiftly made his way over to her and inquired. “Care to tango?” The woman looked at him in disbelief and replied “Aren’t you a little too young?” It was true. He looked to be about 18 while she seemed to be in her mid-twenties. Damien silently muttered “Lady I’m older than your great grandfather.” Fortunately she didn’t hear, so he answered her with another question. “Perhaps I am, Perhaps I am not.” His velvety voice definitely struck her chord this time. She smiled and sighed “You know a tango wouldn’t be that bad...” He wrapped his arm around hers and they began to dance. His grace was as perfect as his looks. Strong dark hair, sparkling deep red eyes, and is perfect face. He was well built and had gorgeous pale skin, his eyes may have been red but everyone assumed they were well, fitting contacts. His charming velvety voice made people thinks of only one word. Irresistible. Soon everyone had cleared the dance floor to watch their dance, finally they and everyone... but Bruce applauded. Damien bowed and left the dance floor only to be halted by Bruce “Who are you?” Bruce questioned Damien responded “Damien. Damien Alucard. Quite the party you have here Wayne.” Bruce eyed him suspiciously and replied “Yea... so. How come I have never met you?” Damien paused before replying but said “I’m new here... Listen I need to go. Sorry for bailing on your party Wayne.” With that both Bruce and Damien turned on each other and walked away. “Damien... Alucard... Alucard!!” Bruce turned on his heel in shock, but when he turned Damien was gone. Bruce ran to a bodyguard and checked the guest list. “He isn’t on the list...” Aricia A young blonde who was about 17 trudged through the halls of Gotham High. OK last year my friends and I went to a hotel (we were 11 at the time and so were the guys) and we saw this really cute guy and his really cute team (there was a soccer tournament that we didn't know about when we went) and we decided to get out of the pool and follow them. We were acting pretty stupid, we were waiting for my friends mom and I banged on the glass door that goes from the hall to the pool and I waved at them. My friend was was like "DON'T LEAVE ME!!!" when the were walking down the hall past our room. Anyways we followed them a while and they realized it and turned around and started following us. Some of them were watching the buttons we pushed in elevator and stuff. Once we ran into him and he sang, he was like "touch my body put me on the floor" and my friend called him a perv. We got in trouble for losing each other and we had to sit outside the door and the guys were walking by our door and two of them were watching us in case we left or something I think. We were expecting them to ask one of us out at breakfast. We saw them leaving and they looked at us but they acted like they had never seen us before. I guess they didn't have time and plus they probably cared more about soccer than us. This is weird but I still really like him even though it's been a year and I didn't even know him. Sorry the question is so long but I really want to know did he really like us or was he just having fun following us. Sorry the question is so long and I know I already asked this but I only got two answers. moreVoting Question: What do you think of this?
Okay, this was pretty spur of the moment. so it kinda cuts of in the middle of a paragraph, but what do you think of the beginning of this story. Called, Duty To Save. She was curious; intrigued by the constantly changing orange blurs. She watched carefully from her doorstep as everyone, from children to the elderly, passed by her. A woman probable in here late seventies hobbled past, turning to smile at her. The little girl waved. “Morning, Mrs Hilder,” she called. The woman’s face crinkled as her smile reached her eyes. “Good morning, Kali.” And she continued on down the road with no recognition as to the ticking clock hovering like a cloud above her head. The door clicked open behind her. “Kali, what are you doing out here?” Kalilah’s mother peered around the door in her dressing gown. “The sun woke me up. I was watching the time.” Her mother picked at a stray piece of pale blue cotton hanging from the gown. Her voice was sceptical when she spoke. “Oh, really…” “Mummy, they really are there. By the way, Mr Kelton next door is on his way out next month.” Her mother – Terrie – gasped and pulled her daughter inside. “Kalilah, it isn’t true. There are no clocks over people’s heads. People die, of course they do but we don’t know when in advance. The world just doesn’t work like that, sweetie.” She swept a long, black strand of hair behind Kalilah’s ear and skimmed the hand along her jaw. A fat, wet tear trickled down Kalilah’s cheek and she ran to her room. The time counters did exist, and she could see them. She recalled the time when she would go days without speaking to her mother; hiding in her room to avoid seeing the little orange counter above her head. A year ago her mother had been diagnosed with cancer and the lingering timer had come dangerously close to zero, but the doctors cleared that up. At least she thought. That was before she learnt how to control her ‘gift’. In short, she can see when people will die. She could see the tiny floating countdowns following everyone wherever they went, but never her own, and this frustrated her incredibly. She sobbed into the pillow, and gripped at the covers until her knuckles turned white from the strain. She threw her toys from her bed, flinging them across the room in anger. “Why will no one believe me?” Kalilah cried in frustration. She sank into the mattress and pulled the covers over her head. “Because your insane, now stop yelling,” her sister, Shanti commanded, throwing the toys back on top of her. Shanti was right, Kalilah thought. She swore one day she would prove them wrong. One day Kalilah Salih would save whoever and whatever she could. Fourteen Years Later Kalilah rubbed her fingers in smooth circles over her temples and paused to take an aspirin. “Derek, please, will you just deal with the faxes first. They’re the most important, do them first,” she instructed slowly, giving him no chance to interrupt her again. Her head was pounding and her only hope was for the gradually turning hands on her clock. “But...” “Just do it Derek.” Kalilah got to her feet and stood square with the man in front of her. Derek was roughly her height, give or take an inch, with spiky black hair and a constantly dumbfounded expression. Quickly, she walked over to the fax machine, her high heels clicking softly on the tile. She placed the clipboard she had slipped from Derek’s hands and placed it next to the machine. Taking a pen – that she had clicked to the rim of her pencil skirt at her waist – she led her hand glide across the page, filling out the first memo, before turning once more to face Derek. “See, it isn’t that hard. Now, please do your job.” She grabbed her bag and made for the elevator turning to glance at Derek over her shoulder. She briefly activated his countdown in her mind and sighed as she saw the little orange year count. Eighty five years. She prayed silently that she wouldn’t know him for that long. She stepped into the elevator and pressed the button for the ground floor. The usual swirling sensation in the pit of her stomach made her feel nauseous when coupled with her throbbing head and she clutched the elevator bar. When the elevator finally made it down to parking lot and the doors slid open it was silent. There was no sound at all as she walked to her car and unlocked the driver’s side. She threw her bag into the seat next to her. moreResolved Question: Is this story any good?
This is just the first little bit of a story I wrote. I want your honest opinion. Thanks! ~~~~~~ I grabbed my bag off the luggage carrier. This was my first cruise! I had turned 15 on Thursday, and this was my present. I was super excited. We had never really had enough money to do this kind of stuff before. We weren’t poor, but we weren’t rich, either. We were on the upper end of the middle class. But my dad said we were “on our way to rich.” My mom, a lawyer, had recently closed a case in which she made a lot of money. A few months before that, my dad had struck it big when the stock prices rose. I pulled up the handle on my luggage bag and began rolling it down the hallway. “221...” I muttered to myself, looking for our room. My parents were being slow getting their luggage, and I just simply couldn’t wait any longer. When I came upon room 221, I put the card key in the reader and the door clicked. I turned the handle and opened the door. The room was beautiful! Tight, but beautiful. There was a small closet in the foyer. Past that, there was a queen size bed pushed up against the wall. At the foot of the bed and to the left, there was a television in the corner. At the head of the bed, there was a large mirror. Underneath the bed were drawers. To the left of the bed was a small vanity with another mirror. In the next room over was a pale green sofa. Next the sofa were large glass double doors that peeked out onto the balcony. Across the room from the sofa was a door that led to the bathroom. I guessed that my parents would be getting the bed and I would wind up on the sofa. I walked over to the sofa and plopped my bag down. I opened the curtains to the glass door to let some light in. It was beautiful! I walked out onto he balcony. There was a large blue pool on the deck, which I could see from my room. Surrounding the pool were many chairs, tables, and umbrellas. I breathed in a breath of the salty sea breeze. A light breeze blew my hair back from my face. I heard my parents finally come in the room. I walked back inside. “Isn’t it just beautiful!” I exclaimed. “It’s cramped!” My mother sighed. I frowned. “I like it…” “Well, it’s your birthday present, dear, so as long as you like it, everything’s fine.” My father smiled as he gave me a big hug and kissed my forehead. I smiled and hugged him back. “Thank you!” My parents put their bags on the bed. “So who’s sleeping where?” My dad asked. “You mean I get to pick?” I gasped, mock sarcasm laid thickly in my tone. My father laughed. “No, but I thought I’d let you try anyway.” I stuck my tongue out at him playfully. I went back over to what was now my room and grabbed my bag. I took it over to the small armoire and began putting my clothes in it and my shoes underneath it. After everything was put away, I decided to go for a swim. I grabbed my bathing suit and went into the bathroom to change. I was wearing a purple plaid halter top bikini. I put my green shorts and a t-shirt for the walk down to the pool. I was about to sneak out when my dad caught me. “Sunscreen!” He reminded me and tossed me a bottle. I hated that stuff. It made your skin all shiny and icky. I knew he wasn’t going to let me leave until I put it on, so I went out onto the balcony and sprayed it on. I went back inside and tossed the bottle of sunscreen on the bed and darted out the door with my towel. I took the elevator downstairs. The lobby was really beautiful. There were spiraling staircases going all the way to the top of the ship. There were several fancy chandeliers hanging from the ceiling. I wasn’t sure which way to go for the pool. I went over to the desk where we had checked in at. No one was at the desk. “Excuse me!” I said politely. “What?” An apparently grumpy old lady came out from the room behind the desk. “Where’s the pool?” “Right out that door and to the left.” She pointed towards a door to the left of me. “Thank you!” I said, walking towards the door. “Mhmm.” The lady said, turning back to the room she had come from. “God she was grumpy.” I muttered. The pool was approximately 9 feet deep in the deepest part. There were about one hundred people crowded in and around the pool. I took off my shirt and shorts. I laid down on one of the white reclining chairs, trying to get a tan. I was Irish, so I was extremely pale. It was really hard for me to get a tan, because it takes a few days for me to get dark, because I burn so easily. I could feel the sun burning my skin even though I was wearing sunscreen. My stomach was starting to hurt because I was so hungry. I sighed. I had only been out here for like fifteen minutes. I stood up and grabbed my towel and clothes. I quickly spun around to go inside. I ran into a lifeguard. “Sorry!” I exclaimed, looking up at him. “No problem.” He said. He smiled at me and flipped his brown hair out of his green eyes. I pulled my e ooh, sorry ! it cut off some of it :( ~~~~~~~~ “Sorry!” I exclaimed, looking up at him. “No problem.” He said. He smiled at me and flipped his brown hair out of his green eyes. I pulled my eyes away from him. I walked away quickly. After a few feet, I glanced back. He was watching me, but quickly turned away after I saw him. I walked faster, certain that he was still watching me. I hopped in the elevator and rode it up to my floor. I walked in my room. My mom had a nice dress on, and my father had a fancy tie on. “Where are you two going?” I asked. “Dinner!” My dad said, ecstatic. “Perfect!” I replied. I quickly changed into my white halter top dress, then went into the bathroom and let my hair down. I put on a bit of makeup, as this was apparently a formal dinner, then went back into the other room. “Ready?” my mother asked. I smiled. “Yep!” When we got to the dining hall, we were led to a table near a large window which overlooked the water. The view was stunning. The sun was just starting to set over the water, and there were dolphins jumping playfully out of the water. I was so entranced by the view that I was startled when our waiter arrived. “Good evening, I’m Wesley. How are you all?” He asked. He was gorgeous. He had light blond hair that came down to his eyebrows. He had the most beautiful blue eyes. He looked to be just a few inches taller than me, and maybe a year older. “Good.” My parents replied in unison. I didn’t say anything. “Amber, how was you evening?” My mother prompted. I stuttered, trying to get the words out. “I-It.. It was good.” ‘Oh, God,’ I thought ‘I sounded like an idiot!’ Wesley smiled at me. I blushed and pretended to look at the menu. “What would you all like to drink?” Wesley asked politely. Both of my parents ordered some kind of drink whose name I didn’t catch; I just assumed it was an alcoholic beverage. I just got a water. Wesley smiled and left to go get out drinks. I looked out the window again. Just in the five minutes I had looked away, it had already gotten a bit darker outside. The sky was a million different shades of red, bordered by purple clouds. A few moments later I looked over to see Wesley exiting the kitchen with our drinks. He made his way over to our table. He handed my mom and dad their drinks, then got my water off the tray he was carrying and leaned over to hand it to me. Something happened; maybe he tripped, maybe his shirt got caught on something, but the glass tipped and water spilled all over me. ~~~~~~~~~~ that's all im going to post here for now. sorry about the messy formatting, some if it got lost when i copied it over ): moreResolved Question: This morning, I got into the elevator with the HOTTEST girl I've ever seen in my building. Read And Comment Honestly Please. THIS IS DRAFT #1, BTW! I'm just wondering if you like the idea of it? Ethan sat back in his office chair, raising his brows at the documents Desi had given him earlier that evening. He was working late, so he had his coffee (a necessity for the harsh night hours) an his bonoculars...he had a feeling he'd need them. He was the only one in the building...security had went home long ago. He had the key, and his boss, Mr. Killfetch, trusted him enough to close down the building before going home, which was at about four or five on a nice Friday night.... The smell of Desi's perfume had faded (that weird, chappy cherry smell he liked only if a pie was baking in the other room) and now only the new scent of his pressed black suit lingered in the air, occasionally getting mixed in with the other familliar smells as he breathed calmly. He set the papers down into their manilla folder and tapped the key on his computer to open the screen. He sighed, picking up his tall coffee and taking a sip. It had gone cold. It tasted very much like raw cigarrett ashes...he puckered and set it back down, focusing on the computer screen. Brett Farcrett. Man handler since the fifties...still on the loose. And now he was here, in California. Somewhere, but he was close. Ethan yawned and stretched. He noticed, for the first time, that the window, which looked out to the cloudy black sky (almost eye-level), had a slight crack in it. It looked like, at a distance at least, a perfect, straight line...he got up from his chair, subconsiously grabbing his Berretta, and walked over to the floor-touched window. He squatted next to it, the gun dangling in his hand. The glass looked, well, laser sliced into a little line from the bottom of the pane to about an inch or two above it. No one would even try breaking in at this hour...it was way too late (early in the morning, even) for anyone to even think about getting into an expensive office such as his for some drug money. Only Farcrett had the mind to do that. He looked down below at the parking lot...nothing out of the ordinary...a few late night cars and--someone lying flat on the ground. It was too high up to see if the person was just a bum sleeping or if...no. Not in a neighborhood like this. He lived in the ritzy part of California. Not the slums at all. Satisfied, he stood back up, his knees popping, and turned around. Desi stood there. She didn't look right. It looked as if someone had cut every inch of her face with razors. She was bleeding badly and her facial expression was far too blank to read. She had on her office clothes (a black skirt and a blue button-up blouse) but they were dripping in blackish purple blood, draining from her collar to her waist. "Desi? What happend...?" Ethan inched toward her, reaching his hand to caress her. She put on a contorted look and opened her mouth wide, her jaws stretching at unhuman lengths. Her eyes were white...Ethan reached for her mouth to try to close her jaws, but she snapped at his hand and bit off an enourmous chunk of his right pinkie. Cursing, he backed away as she opened her jaws wider, wider until they became the width of three full grown water melons stacked atop one another. Ethan scurried to his desk, reached in his drawer, and pulled out a roll of duct tape, and began to wrap it around his stubbed pinkie. Blood quickly began oozing out from his home made bandages, and he wrapped furiously until his whole finger was fully covered in tape. He squeezed his eyes shut from the pain and spoke softly to Desi. "Desi...I need you to answer a question for me...." He toyed with the trigger as he spoke, with his left hand, though. Desi seemed to ignore him as she expanded her jaws even more, perhaps the size of ten water melons now. "Desi, what is your mother's name? Do you know that? Do you know how old you are, Dess?" A cold breeze broke into the office...the glass in the window had shattered. Several other men and women, all similar to what Desi looked like now, screamed and ran at Ethan. He quickly spun around. Shots were fired rapidly at each of them, hitting a few in the shoulder, a few in the heart, and one, only one, in the head. That one died immediately, falling to the clean carpet and letting out a final groan. Desi leaped up behind Ethan and grabbed his mouth and began to pry it open, his lips peeling at each end. Ethan sealed his eyes shut and pointed the gun up at Desi's face. He shot...he shot her in the head. He had killed the few that had managed to jump up to the office and break through the glass.... Morning was soon, in about an hour. He ran down the stairs, skipped the elevator (gun in hand, of course) and sprinted out to his Honda. It just happened so it won't get fixed until tomorrow; I hope. And it's a mess, so I'm gonna spend the next 7 or 8 hours cleaning so the landlord can fix the lock without fining me. I know we can't smoke in the elevator, but is it okay to do it in my appt? I have a smoke alarm. Should I hide the plants so they don't get smoked on? OH, you know what I should do: Indoor Hookah. Y'know, Hookahs just aren't for stoners. I smoke mild tobacco. Smoking it for an hour is about the same as smoking a 10-cm cigarette. Also, 22 and bachelor, so nobody would get second-hand-smoke except my plants and the spiders. (It won't take 8 hours to clean.. Err, it might.) moreResolved Question: What do you think about my story so far?
OK. I posted the idea here yesterday and it got some great reviews. Here is the beginning: Should I continue? Everyone says that falling in love ‘just happens.’ You find the right person that you actually experience ‘love’ with. Before you find that person, you have to learn how to ‘love’, and I mean, love. I didn’t know love. I thought I did, but I was only fifteen. I’m Grayson Moore, and I learned how to love very early, the hard way. Yes, I dumb enough to get a girl pregnant, the girl I thought I ‘loved.’ Yes, I learned how to love her, but it took me FOREVER. It was an action-packed nine months. This is my story. JUNE I was sitting on the beach in the middle of the sunset. The air, filled with salt water, the choppy waves, and then the beautiful ocean sunset, the sky a mixture of orange, blue, and purple. I was sitting, with my girlfriend, Brooke, cuddled next to me. It seemed perfect. “I love you,” she said, “I really do.” “I love you, too.” We looked at each other for a moment. Her eyes were a dark brown, and her lips were pink. She smiled. I leaned over to her side. We kissed just as the sunset turned to dusk. I touched her soft, warm face. It felt like a scripted moment, but it was real. I felt love coming from her, Brooke’s warmth slowly sneaking into my heart. Brooke pulled away, bit her bottom lip, and stared off into the twilight. “I have to leave soon,” she began, “my parents will get worried.” “Come on, your parents trust me, let’s go over to my condo, the one I pay for,” I gestured to the building behind us. “Since when have you had a condo?” “Since I got a summer job,” I said, as I stood up, and then stretched down my hand to help Brooke up. “I’m fifteen, and I am not going to have unprotected sex if that’s what you think,” Brooke declared, angrily. “Oh my God, Brooke,” I stared into her eyes, “I’m not going to have sex with you. We’re just gonna go up there and talk.” Brooke looked at me blankly. “I promise. We may kiss a little, but I’m not ready for sex.” We walked forward, her hand in mine. She looked up at me. She whispered, “No sex.” “No sex,” I said, out loud, “Absolutely no sex.” “Shush, people know we’re only fifteen. No more talk about sex.” I opened up the door for Brooke who walked and pressed the button for going up. She walked into the elevator. “Brooke! Where are you going?” “My family’s condo,” she answered, sternly. “Why?” “Because I don’t trust you, Grayson. You know that I’m not supposed to be having any sexual interaction.” “I’m not going to seduce you! Will you stop?” I walked into the elevator, saw that she hadn’t pressed a floor button yet, and pressed the fourth floor, where my condo was. “No sex,” Brooke said. “For the last time, no sex,” I said, “I won’t even think about sex.” “Whatever,” she said, as we entered the floor. moreVoting Question: Pokemon Blue Version - Game Corner?

okay first off everywhere I go ppl make a fuss over my little girl--at the store or wherever, saying she's so pretty or cute, sometimes she's so big lol. But anyways on wednesdays I take my daughter to this sing-along group for babies and small children, about 30 min from where I live (far but good time for me). anyways after it ended 3 of us stuck around---me and my 11-mon-old girl, and these 2 friends one a mom of a 2-mon-old boy, the other the mom of a 8-mon-old boy. this clerk walked in, and she was like "oh my goodness, baby heaven". Then she looked at the 8-m,on-old boy, who WAS actually really cute and smiling a lot, and wiggling on the floor, not yet crawling but trying to, and she just gushed and gushed over him, saying "oh a boy baby" and "oh he's so cute' and "after 6 mons they're so much cuter and funner' which I think and could tell by her expression made the mom to the newborn feel kind of bad too, but also ME bc my daughter's obviously older than 6 mons, yet she didn't even acknowledge her. and she looked at me and was like "I just can't get over my baby fix" and just kept gushing over him. then she actually lookedat the newborn and was like "aww", and then looked at me and my baby, and didn't say a thing! Just looked right through me almost. Until when i was finally heading out the door and she smiled and said "bye" to my baby. I realize I'm giving this too much thought, and wasting time even writing this lol, but have you ever encountered something similar and felt bothered? I know that not everyone can gush over my baby, and though it's not possible to me as mom, lol, another baby i guess could be cuter than my baby to someone else, but I just thought she was kind of rude. and even my baby girl was kind of peeking at her, almost it seemed waiting for her turn. :( so, my question is, do you think I making too much of this? Do you think she was intentionally ignoring me and my baby for some reason, like maybe she thought I looked too young to be a mom (I'm 25 almost 26 but have been mistaken for my baby's "big sister")? Or, do you think it was just that she happened to not notice my baby as much as the other, which I realize I've done before too when there were 2 or more babies around and I gushed over one. Plus maybe she just had a thing for boy babies? Bc she did say "oh a boy". and my baby's obviously a girl in all pinks and purples. Or maybe she could've just thought he reminded her of someone. Okay I am going on and on, sorry, but my main question is, what do you think it was, and would you be bothered, if this happened to you, and has it ever? and i know this happened to someone with me too, bc once this woman saw my baby and there was this other baby around in the elevator, and she looked at my baby and said "oh my god, she's so beautiful, and she's precious" and didn't say anything about the other baby, and I remember feeling kind of bad for that mom. xandan--thumbs up from me too, and good answer, but just one bone to pick with that, sorry: my baby at 11 mons is far from a 6 yr-old, still very much a baby and looks like a baby, does baby things. So I don't really think she's at that point of not being adored yet, but still a good answer, just had to throw that in there. maybe in 1 more year moreResolved Question: My blackberry fell down an elevator shaft!!!?
I was at school today, and as I was walking in the elevator someone pushed me and my phone fell right into that little gap where the doors slide and down the shaft :'( So my question is: Is there anything under the part of the elevator that takes us up and down? O_o cuz we're on the 3rd floor,,and i dropped my pencil to check how far down it was,,but when I heard it hit It didn't sound that far down...so i was wondering if there's like something under there..not just the shaft space =( Cuz I have no idea how elevators are built O_o I need some peace of mind, they said they'd try to get it out tomorrow..I'm scared it'll be crushed =( moreResolved Question: would you, as an adolescent, like this plot?
Okay. I'm only 13, so this plot just came into my head... like pow. A girl really hates this guy... He's arrogant, stubborn, insufferable, and simply terrible to live with. This guy is being an annoyance just to bug her... he finds it funny to make her squirm. Until one day.... where the boy moves into the girl's apartment building-- right next door. And their parents are now the best of friends. This means weekly dinners, double sitting of their younger siblings, homework dates, and going to school together. All of this just equates more fun for the boy, and an absolutely torturous life for the girl. While they're in the service elevator going down to leave for school, the thing gets stuck. After about 15 minutes of the girl's desperate screaming, they have to make small talk until someone finds them. And... well, that's where I'm stuck, LOL Yeah, I'm a writer. LOL Allie... most probably they will. of course not on the elevator... but I like your idea. moreResolved Question: Would it be a great idea to write about my life and put it into a story ?
My life was extremely crazy and still is , I'd like to write a book about what happened and maybe add some stuff to make it more interesting , and if its really great try to publish it..I'll try to sum up about 8 years of what I went through growing up..so here it goes 2 parents had a child at the age of 18 , they really were more into their own lives rather then their own daughter , and would go out all the time and throw her over to her grandmother, as she grew up she would always get treated like crap by her father , one day someone was at the house when the 9 yr old came home from school , which was a very skinny tan hispanic chinky eyed girl named Evelis, who was introduced to me as my fathers friend. Well as time went by , she became just more than that. Later on that evening the door bell rang and 2 more people showed up , a handsome guy tan caught my eye and already he was my crush , I told my mother that i really liked him and she yelled at me and said i was too young. He was 17 at the time , and the girl he was with was his ex, he was Evelis's brother Jonathan..as time went by Evelis and Jonathan stayed at the apartment with me my parents and my little brother & sister .. my father would go out often with Evelis shopping or hanging with friends while Jonathan stayed home with my mother watching the kids...this is the day my life changed, 2002 new yrs we were all going to a party , we all decided to take the stairs and my mother & jonathan decided to take the elevator , we got there before them and as the elevator opened we all stood and when it opened my mother & jonathan were sticking eachothers tounge down eachothers throat and my dad ran into the elevator to fuckup jonathan but he ran out and so he chocke slammed my mom, after that whole incident my mother kicked him out, I was really upset that day and when he was leaving Evelis was leaving with him too which meant they were a couple now which was sick. She was 18 and my father was 30 ,at the same time Jonathan and my mother became a couple but hid it from me because they knew how I liked him. Skimming...more drama happened Evelis got pregnant from my father , i rarely saw them as i got older jonathan and i would flirt around , and i ended up loosing my virginity to him and we fell in love at the same time he was with my mother i moved with my grandparents then moved with my dad where he abused me and treated me like shit then back to my grandparents and theres so much more drama that happens all in between these things.. as i got older to 14 years old , after all the stuff ive been through i had a mind and mentality of an 18 year old , an adult. I practically looked and dressed as an older person .. as time went by my mother past away in a car accident which tore my life apart, everything was crazy my whole life, and thats when me & jonathan became more closer and we were together almost all the time after this happened , hanging out with jonathan and evelis , id be with jon in his car while my dad & evelis would be together and we'd all hang. Throughout all this keep in mind they're all racers , we're all crazy about fast hot cars and , always going out racing etc and theres so much fun , drama , sadness , entertainment , shocking moments that would be an interesting journey to experience while reading what happened to this one life out of trillions. Also keep in mind that later as I got older I found out that evelis was second cousins with my dad, and there was just more drama. I want to write about my life up until now I'm 18 with my boyfriend of 1 year, and itd include how my past experiences really affect the way i treat my boyfriend & etc , and how im suffering right now with grandparents that hate me for no reason....ah this is crazy , heh but i think itd be worth while. moreResolved Question: What's the name of that song from the new Dell commercial?

I'm making another novel. Tell me what you think. One “Welcome to the Hollywood Tower Hotel.”, Tyler said in a gloomy voice. “Your rooms are now ready. Everyone will fill in a row starting with row three. Follow me row three.”, Tyler lead row three into it’s row in the Elevator. Then he went back and took row two. After that he took row one. Then row six, five, and four. Tyler Watson, the bellhop, stepped out of the elevator and pressed a green button. As the Elevator doors reluctantly started to shut, Tyler stood in front of it and gave an evil smile. “Please DO enjoy your stay!”, He said. Tyler Watson loved his summer job in Walt Disney World. For a sophomore in High School, he was a great Bellhop. He loved to work at the scary rides. Sort of like The Haunted Mansion, The Tower of Terror, and Pirates of the Caribbean. He also liked working at thrill rides like Tower of Terror, Rock’n’Roller Coaster Starring Aerosmith, Expedition Everest, Test Track, Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, and Dinosaur. He looked both ways to make sure no one was looking. Once no one was he opened a secret door that lead him to a secret elevator in the Boiler Room. Inside there he pressed a button that was labeled GFLOOR. Ten seconds later he arrived at the bottom floor of the Tower. Just as the rides elevator doors opened and the ride music stopped Tyler came up to it and gave evil smile. “Did you enjoy your stay?”, He asked. Everyone in the elevator cheered. He looked at his watch. 3:30. His day at the Tower of Terror was done. He ran down the hall of the building and escaped through a secret hallway. All the way down the hall Tyler opened a door labeled Employees Only. He went into a little room where he got dressed into his Jungle Cruise outfit. After a bus ride to the Magic Kingdom Tyler went underground to the secret hallway. He ran down a hallway full of doors and opened one that was labeled Jungle Cruise. He entered an elevator and pressed a button labeled PARK. The elevator took him to the Jungle Cruise dock. Then he jumped into a boat. “Hi everyone!”, He said in a cheery voice. “My Name’s Tyler.”. A man who worked at Walt Disney World pointed to a girl. Tyler noticed a birthday pin which was labeled Happy Birthday Marissa. She sat on the right side bench. “Oh. Happy Birthday Marissa!”, Tyler said. “Just because of that you get to sit in the VIP seat!”, Tyler pointed to the Middle Crate. After she sat down Tyler asked, “Do you know what VIP means?”. She shook her head. “Well”, Tyler Began. “It means View Is Perfect of all this.” Tyler pointed to himself. Marissa giggled. Tyler turned on the boat and pulled away from the dock. “Welcome everyone to the Leaky Tiki. My name is Tyler and I will be your skipper, teacher, alligator wrestler, and dancing instructor for the next three weeks. If something happens um, uh he will take over.”, Tyler pointed to a two year old boy. “No need to worry, I’ll be fine. But you guys on the other hand… Don’t worry I’m Just kidding.” “We may need to worry a bit because some scouts said the have spotted tigers in the line. Now that’s ridiculous! Tigers have stripes not spots! As you can see we are in the jungle right now. Do any of you know why?”. No one raised their hands. “Well this is the Jungle Cruise! As you can see there is a campsite over there. I wonder why know one was there?”, Marissa was in shock as she pointed to a twelve foot long python. Tyler went on with the Python joke. But in the next scene the rhino was missing. Five guys up a pole with ripped pants, and terrified looks but no rhino like it was supposed to? That was just strange. But Tyler went on with the tour. moreResolved Question: What do you think of my book?
I'm writing a book and here's what I got for chapter one. It's tower of terror just so you know. Chapter One Abigail’s Story The Hollywood Tower Hotel, October 31, 1939. Everybody who was anybody was there. It was a bright and sunny day which turned into a beautiful night. I was sitting on the Lobby’s couch reading The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain, a very popular book at the time. I could hear the band on the twelfth floor playing one of my favorite songs. “Sing, Sing, Sing”, by Benny Goodman. I started to hum along. I couldn’t wait to see my little sister Sally Shine, who just came back from her dancing tour. My name Is Abigail Gregory. My sister, Sally Shine, is a very famous dancer. I can’t believe a nine year old is better than an twelve year old. I was and still am a very bad dancer. I folded the page I was on and started to walk to see Sally but my father stopped me. “By golly, Abigail, are you going to see Sally? I thought you were always jealous of her! Can you be a dear and go take this to our room in the basement?”, my father gave me a purse. It was mother’s. I nodded. “Thanks Love!”, he replied to my nod. Everyone, well almost everyone, went right up to the Tip Top Club. The twelfth and last floor where the band played. I was the only one going down the stairs and into the Boiler Room, where the presidential suite was hidden. I took the key out of my pocket and started to put it in the keyhole. When Suddenly, I heard a soft voice. “Revenge. MUAHAHAHA!”, the voice grew louder. Suddenly, I heard thunder. Where’d that come from? There wasn’t a cloud in the sky. I came closer to the voice which seemed to recite an Indian curse. I peaked into the room where the voice came from. I saw a small table with a book and candles. Darkness. But wait! A figure! A dark cloaked figure with white hair and glasses. Oh no! It looked like Sally’s Nanny! Mrs. McRash was a witch. She was as evil as the devil. I’m dead serious. I ran back to the room and placed the purse on the bed, then ran up the stairs. On the first floor Sally curtsied for the press. I ran over to give her a hug but her nanny took her into the elevator. How’d she get here before me? I tried to think but I couldn’t. I wanted to save her. I tried to reach for her but, her nanny pulled her into an elevator. I was about to pull her out but the doors closed On the elevator there was a bellhop, a married actor and actress, Sally, and her nanny. The elevator was at eleven. Sally could hear “Sleepytime Gal” her favorite song getting louder. At twelve the elevator made a DING! But, the doors didn’t open. The elevator shook. It was struck by lightning. The bellhop messed with a switch but that didn’t work. Suddenly, the elevator rose a little bit. Then lightning stuck again and down fell the elevator. My family rushed out of the hotel. I noticed a large cloaked figure running too. How did the nanny escape the crash? I knew I’d never return to this hotel. Ever. I’d never see Sally again. Or so I thought. It's based on the movie and if you didn't notice going down at the beggining of the paragraphs ( first letter going vertical ) It spells Timber then Doom. Great idea right? moreVoting Question: please proof read my paper?
The whole convention center went silent, the lights went down and there he was walking towards me. Jason Kennedy the anchor of my favorite TV show E! News. I have looked up to him for years and never thought the day would come when I would get to meet him. Butterflies fluttered around in my stomach, thoughts and questions kept racing through my mind, is this a dream? I had practiced what I would say to him in the incident that I would ever meet him. But I couldn’t get the right words out and my whole body went limp. Is this really happening? After opening my presents Christmas morning it was time to pack for my trip to California with over 200 teens from the Portland area. We would all board a train for a long journey to California; the 30 hours went by like minutes. Meeting new people and getting closer to the people who I’ve known my whole life was well worth the hard earned money I had raised with my best friends to go on this adventure. Lauren, Haylie, and Alison have been my best friends for many years, each of us with completely different personalities, more times than not they clash immensely. Lauren is quiet but knows how to have a good time, Alison is rather bossy and is the leader of the group, and then there is Haylie the rebel, the one who every time her and I get together we somehow manage to get in trouble. I thought Disneyland with my 3 besties would be the best thing in the world, and it was for the first few hours. We all bought matching sweatshirts and princess crowns to wear around. We were quite the pair until we all started arguing about what rides we wanted to go on. Alison and Lauren decided to go together and left me and Haylie in line for the Space Mountain ride. From that moment we all knew how the rest of the week would go. Lauren and Alison would be the angels who showed up to everything on time, and that Haylie and I would get in trouble somehow. The Anaheim convention center was filled with 8,000 youth from over the world coming together to learn what we could do to help end modern day slavery. As well has the concerts and of course Disneyland was just icing on the cake. The first two days of the convention was filled with fun and exciting hands on learning exhibits. But by the 3rd and final evening of the convention Haylie and I were exhausted. Our leaders were fed up with having to worry about us showing up to things and not sneaking out to hang out with the guys we met. Haylie and I were told to wait in the hotel until the guys from our group came to walk us there. Jamin and Brian came down the elevator and asked if we wanted to go to dinner with them. Haylie would do anything to avoid going to the convention so we went to Ihop which was a mile in the opposite direction. After eating dinner we headed towards the convention center and we realized we each had many calls from our leaders and friends trying to figure out where we were. When we finally arrived we were greeted by our main leaders Matt and Abby who told the boys that they saved them seats. Abby told Haylie and I that we had to find our own seats. Extremely angry we left our groups floor seats to look for seat far far away from everyone. We finally found two aisle seats towards the top of the bowl. There was only 3 hours left before New Year’s we sat in our seats and were soon were fast asleep. After about an hour or so we woke up to loud Christian rap music performed by the band Grits. Both Haylie and I strongly dislike rap music. We got up to go get coffee from one of the coffee bars on the lower level of the convention center. As we walked down the stairs we see a man running towards us pushing us in the other direction as we made our way back up the stairs we looked over the rail. A man with light hair, he looked to be in his early 30s lying on the ground at an awkward angle. Paramedics were assisting him into a neck brace and then onto a stretcher. As the Police approached us Haylie got nervous. He asked us simple questions about the accident to see if we saw anything. As the investigation came to an end we realized that it was almost time for the New Years after party. We hurried into the Auditorium and stopped at the door, we looked on the big screen to see the gorgeous Jason Kennedy giving away an IPod to another lucky person. We watched the 3 contestants making up little raps to see who the crowd thought did the best. Haylie noticed something that looked familiar, my princess bag was on the screen. We made our way towards our seats and there he was standing in the empty place that Haylie and I were once sitting. I quickly turned around and made my way to the nearest door, we stood there with huge grins on our faces I knew he wouldn’t walk through the crowd and that he would make his exit through the back. In my head I rehearsed what I was going to say to him. I moreResolved Question: Help with Cold Winter for PS2, hidden door.?
On SETECH INDUSTRIES QUARRY level, after you kill the guards on the train and take the elevator down, there is a door behind two green crates up on the metal walkway. It's back behind the little containment area building. There are 2 green crates that you can't break or inter-act with, but you can crouch down and open the door. Is this just a glitch? Can you get into that hallway? moreResolved Question: Are these Final Destination deaths that I made good?

What do you think of it so far? I don't care if there are grammar errors I will fix them later this is a rough draft. So what do you think so far? WHat could I do to make it better? CHAPTER 1: Indianapolis, Dayton, Columbus, Morgantown, Cumberland, Baltimore, Salisbury, The towns came and go, Callie not caring one bit, sulking, not saying a word while the rest of the family chatted about Blue Ridge, and how "great" it was supposed to be. But to Callie, any place that does not have basketball can't be great. Instead, Callie remembered all the wonderful times she had on the farm and on the court. Help delivering a cow, which she named Ellie, making the game winning basket at the state championship game, milking all the cows every morning, making the varsity team for the next year, which, now, she wouldn't even get to play on, driving the tractor, walking across the soft earth barefoot, working in the fields all day, her dark farmers tan. She half-heartedly listened to her mother talking, and her sister asking questions about Blue Ridge. "Mom, what time do classes start? Because you know I am not a morning person and can't get up early, like Callie." "All your classes are 1 and 15 minutes long, and you have 15 minutes between classes, and they start at nine, although you might not have one at nine, the schedule is like college, and you will have free periods." "Oh, ok, thats still way to early though." "So are you going to try out for any sports?" "You know I hate sports!" "What about you Callie? Are you going to do any sports?" Callie ignored her, like she had been doing since she had to leave, letting her mother know how she felt about this new school. As they entered Ocean City, Callie became more and more upset, reality sinking in, harder than ever. Her Future as a Basketball star, gone forever, her days at the farm, gone until June, fresh cow milk every morning, home grown produce, going barefoot, feeling the soft earth on the tough soles of her feet, all gone until June, the school holidays. They pulled into the parking lot at Blue Ridge, and found the office soon afterward, and Callie sulked as her mother got her schedule, dorm assignment, and textbooks, and Jordyn got her own, as she was not uspet about Blue Ridge at all. "This showed they truly were fraternal twins," Callie thought, "she was a country girl, and a hard core athlete. Jordyn, on the other hand, hated the country, was super girly, and hated sports. It seemed like the only thing they had in common was that their parents, teachers, and friends thought they were geniuses." They had skipped the second grade, and STILL everyone thought they were geniuses, but Callie didn't think that she was, she was constantly confused in school, and didn't even get all a's. She got all A's in the off-season, but during basketball season it was all b's. Callie didn't get why everyone thought she was so smart, when she wasn't, she wasn't dumb, but she wasn't smart either. They walked across campus, her parents and Jordyn admiring the ocean view, Callie loving it, but not showng it. She refused to give her parents any satisfaction. "What dorm are two in?" asked Mom. Callie sat her suitcase and backpack down on the bench, took off her sunglasses and pulled out the folder with her schedule and dorm assignment. "That One" Callie said moodily at exactly the same time Jordyn said the exact same thing excitedly, as they both pointed at the same steel building right in front of them. It was the Amanda L. Wilkins dorm. All Blue Ridge dorms were named after the first teachers, who taught in 1993, when the school opened. Callie did have to admit the dorm did look cool, Steel with a Blue Door and trim, and lots and lots of windows, all the way up to 9th floor. They entered the building and immediately felt the rush of cold air from the air conditioning. They took the elevator up to the 6th floor, stopping at the 5th floor when a scrawny little girl who looked like she was a 6th grader, got out with her parents. They reached their own dorm, opened the door, and found one other girl already there, putting clothes in the closet. There was a set of bunk beds in one end, and two twin beds at the other. Callie and Jordyn sat their stuff on the twin beds, and introduced themselves to the other girl, whose name turned out to be Elise. Callie noticed that all her clothes were from name brand stores, most with tags still on them, and all very new looking. She glanced at her suitcase, stuffed full with clothes, none of them new, all at least a year old. They started putting some of their own things away, too. Elise finished when they were halfway done, she told them they would go look at the campus when they were done, this was her first year also, as she plopped down on the huge 5-cushion couch, next to Callie's mom. The couch was ocean blue, just like the curtains, doors, bunk beds and trim. One hour later, maps in hand, Callie, Jordyn, Elise walked out o out of the dorm and onto the campus. Callie and Jordyn said good-bye to their parents, and promised to email on their new mac laptops every other day. They walked around campus, seeing all the buildings, tennis courts, and the outdoor pool, as well as the gym and indoor pool. Callie felt a pang of sadness when they entered the gym, remembering her basketball dream. Tears welled up in her eyes, wishing with all her heart that Blue Ridge had a basketball team. I mean, they did have lots of sports teams, Volleyball, Football, Cross-Country, Wrestling, Boys Basketball, Swimming, Track and Field, Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf, Softball, Baseball, and Tennis, but no Girls Basketball team. With those thoughts in mind, especially the thought that the boys had a basketball team, made Callie start bawling, and she couldn't stop, nothing Jordyn or Elise said could stop her. They went back to their dorm, and Callie laid on her bed and cried and cried. Finally, she felt she could cry no more and sat up. She went and sat on the couch, next to Jordyn. Elise asked Callie if she was okay, and after Callie replied (I guess so...) Callie started questioning Elise. "So, do you play any sports?" "Yeah, I played basketball last year, but obviously not anymore, but I will tryout for volleyball and softball, softball is my favorite sport" The thought got Callie on the verge of tears again, but she held them back this time. "What position do you play in basketball? I play point guard, and I was supposed to be the starter on the varsity team back in Wyoming." "I also play point guard, but I was probably only going to be on Freshman or JV team back home" The Threesome continued to talk, and found out that Elise was from Upstate New York. She had 3 brothers and 5 sisters. Her youngest brother, Jakob, and youngest sister, Edyn, went to public school in New York, and lived at home as they were too young to attend Blue Ridge. Jeremy, 11, lived in the Benjamin A. Huebsch dorm. Kaelyn was 12 and has Autism, so she goes to a special school in New York for Autistic children. Her 13 year old sister Isabelle was in the Melissa D. Wible dorm. Living in the Adrienne L. Young dorm was her sister, Kristin. Off at college were Kylie and Mason, her oldest siblings. Elise, Callie, and Jordyn went down to the Cafeteria, and had dinner, slices of pepperoni pizza, salad, and hot fudge sundaes. Full and tired, they went back to their dorm, the dorm door slamming behind them, waking the last roommate, who had appeard while they were at dinner. "Why the hell did you dumb asses wake me up?" asked the roommate, who was dressed fully in black leatherhear long fingernails painted black, her dirty blonde hair, was dyed black, the very tips showing dirty blonde, proving it was dyed. It is called "Shattered Dreams", I think, lol I haven't decided. moreResolved Question: Did this Neocon violate the Geneva Conventions and the Kyoto Treaty?
I entered an elevator with a man wearing an Impeach Obama button on his lapel suit. I of course was still wearing my Yes We Can lapel pin. As the doors closed the man obviously a neocon moved closer to me and with a slight smile on his face looked over at me. He exited on the next floor. As the elevator doors closed again this noxious like gas overcame the elevator causing me to loose my breath. I pushed the Emergency button for help and the paramedics eventually extracted me. They said the elevator was filled with methane gas obviously from a silent but deadly fart. Did this neocon violate the Geneva Conventions or at the very least the Kyoto Treaty for an unauthorized gas emission? I have been traumatized and I am unable to ride any type of elevator. moreResolved Question: Is my Vamp plot line interesting and different?
Demetrios Avalon Cisnero (Oz) is like 'Angelus' from the Buffy the Vampire Slayer series (or the guy from Forever Knight) point is he is doing good deeds fighting off evil. Over the course of time the question becomes (like with John Constantine of Blaze) will he be able to regain a soul, repent and balk all of the religious scripture and be granted salvation? --- Saber Ashton is protecting Oz by making sure he isn't killed by stronger evil forces that could thwart Oz's redemption. She plans on sneaking in to Heaven without a soul. --- Viancu is a Nephilim (the offspring of an Angel and Human and by religious texts is considered an abomination so he is shunned by Heaven, Hell and Humans) who feels if any 'creature' without a soul deserves forgiveness and a second chance why not the child of an Angel and God's creations humans? So he is trying to make sure that Demetrios doesn't succeed. Oz Avalon walked off the elevator and immediately turned to his right, the smell of seven other-worldlies clinging to the air like corpses on a hot day in the city morgue when the air conditioner is on the blitz. The heavy door fairly swung open at his touch. “Welcome and come in.” said a voice coming from the furthest, darkest shadow in the dimly lit conference room. A male and female who looked like twins sat with sneers on their faces to his right. “Syriana, Sire, please excuse us while we adults speak.” The voice commanded firmly but with affection. Following instructions without question, Syriana slithered from her seat turning into a large Komodo Dragon just outside the threshold, Sire taking flight as a large bird of prey, swooping off down the hall behind her. “Nuri.” said the voice. The woman off to Avalon’s left shimmered into nothingness as she crossed into the hall leaving behind the scent of ocean and sea in the air. “Would you like me to leave as well?” a fourth man asked barely moving his lips. “Nikolae, we may finish this bit of business, later.” Nikolae stood, bowed reverently and at the door sent a growl back through the air which Avalon felt more than heard. A third man left of his own accord nothing obvious about him yet Avalon knew somehow that he was a very powerful Shaman. With a solemn nod and a smile filled with malice, “My sincerest apologies.” he said closing the door. Sound was shut out like a vacuum, the room hung in even more shadows, and the air no longer seemed to carry a dangerous charge and yet he still felt the hairs on his neck standing up. Avalon turned back to the lone figure in the room with him. “Sebastian Marchello, so nice to finally make your acquaintance, you are not an easy one to find.” Avalon flung himself across the room at his adversary with all the power he could muster but landed not even a foot away from where he started, he legs jarred as he hit the ground hard, with no finesse. His head rang with the effort to stay standing. The man in the corner moved imperceptibly baring long white fangs. A small elegant hand stopped the advancing man. When the chair spun around to face Avalon, the most amazing beauty sat before him. She put up her hand waving the man out who did as was commanded, before she steepled her long fingers just below her picturesque face. She was the color of brown sun kissed honey with a pearlescent coating. Her eyes such a deep sparkling brown they looked like blackened gemstones glittering in her ethereal skin. Her voice though deep held the song of the Sirens and held the lure of sensual succubus dreams. Her lips were the perfect cupid kiss, full in a gorgeous heart shape done in a subtle tone that accented her Egyptian heritage. Her long black hair pulled back fiercely matched the winged eyebrows and the sooty dusting of long dark lashes with a few stray curls escaping and giving her the look of an innocent despite what he knew her to be. He was mesmerized by her and knew it was partially due to her power and age. Avalon tried to pull himself out of the stupor and lunge again only to land on one knee barely any closer to his target. “Save your energy,” her voice was light and mocking, “even if you are not smart enough to stay out of the Lion’s den at least be smart enough to assess your enemy first, Demetrios Avalon Cisnero.” “Where is Sebastian I can feel him?” “Perhaps.” She said in a deceptively casual tone, “But I doubt it. This particular space exists in chaos, outside of the natural order of things. In other words it levels the playing field by removing the powers of alpha creatures like yourself.” The woman rocked the chair casually back and forth as Avalon tried to determine his next course of action. The information she’d given him definitely threw a wrench into his plan, but even if he could act on it he still needed, “Sebastian?” He asked narrowing his eyes. “I prefer to go by Saber now. Saber Ashton of Saber Capital and Venture Investments.” moreElevator Door Search Results
